Terms (EULA)

These Terms and Conditions (End User License Agreement, "EULA") are a legal agreement between you and Tuckes Dev ("Thrifted", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Thrifted mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 4 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Accounts
You may need to sign in with Apple or Google to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service may offer paid subscriptions. Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Any free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
4. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- interfere with the Service or access it using automated means
- upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others
- use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
5. User Content
You may upload photos and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and use your User Content.
6. AI and Item Information
The Service may analyze images and provide descriptions, estimated pricing, or other information. These outputs are for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate. We do not guarantee any valuation, authenticity, or resale outcome.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services such as Apple services, Google Sign-In, Supabase, Backblaze, and subscription providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content, excluding User Content, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date and, if changes are material, provide reasonable notice.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
