This Privacy Policy describes how Tuckes Dev ("Thrifted", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Thrifted mobile application and related services (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: Sign in with Apple or Google identifier, name, and email (if provided).
- User content: photos you upload, scan results, wardrobe items, and other content you provide.
- Location data: precise location if you grant permission, used to show nearby thrift stores and map results. We do not store your precise location in our database.
- Purchase information: subscription status and transaction information provided by Apple.
- Support communications: information you include if you contact us.
We do not access your contacts.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the Service (scan images, store wardrobe items, show maps).
- Authenticate users and secure the Service.
- Process subscriptions and manage access to premium features.
- Improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate with you about support or updates.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Service, such as:
- Supabase (authentication and database)
- Backblaze B2 (image storage)
- Apple (Sign in with Apple, MapKit, StoreKit)
- Google (Google Sign-In)
- Superwall (subscription management)
- Legal or safety reasons if required by law.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete content within the app; when you delete a photo, we process the deletion and permanently remove it within 24 hours. You can delete your account in the app or contact us at tuckesdev@gmail.com.
5. Your Choices
- Location permission can be enabled or disabled in iOS settings.
- You can control photo and camera permissions in iOS settings.
- You can manage subscriptions in your App Store settings.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Photos are stored securely in Backblaze B2.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 4, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We take steps to protect it consistent with this policy.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date and, if changes are material, provide reasonable notice.
